Presenters

Michael Goldman is a Director of Consulting Services for Bigby, Havis & Associates. He holds a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from New York University and his areas of specialization include: psychological assessment of sales and other professionals, test development and validation, and selection process design. He has worked extensively with client companies to develop, automate and implement hiring and testing processes, and other human resources applications, and was directly involved in the development of the Strategic Success Modeling process. He is currently part of the BHA team that is adapting assessment tools for use in the international marketplace. He is directly involved in projects in China and Korea. He is a licensed Psychological Associate in the State of Texas.

Nila Sinha is a Senior Consultant for Bigby, Havis and Associates, Inc. Her areas of specialization include: construction of competency-based hiring and development programs, psychological assessment, test validation and employee development. She has worked with a diversity of clients and industries in the design and validation of customized selection systems and leadership development programs. She has been involved in the development of the ASSESS Strategic Success Modelling Process and the marketing of the ASSESS Expert System. She is currently part of the BHA team that is adapting assessment tools for use in the international marketplace. She is directly involved in projects in China, Indonesia, and Korea. She received her M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Florida International University in 1999, and her Doctor of Philosophy from the same university in December 2003.

JoAnn McMillan is the Chief Operating Officer of Bigby, Havis & Associates, Inc. With over 20 years of experience consulting to a diverse client base she has expertise in the areas of developing competency models and integrated selection processes, validating selection assessments, designing development programs and providing one-on-one and workshop-based developmental programs. Dr. McMillan has been involved in the development and marketing of both the ASSESS Expert System and the ASSESS Strategic Success Modeling Process as well as other BHA assessment tools. She is currently part of the BHA team that is adapting assessment tools for use in the international marketplace. As part of the European team she is directly involved in projects in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Germany, Hungary and Portugal. She received her Ph.D. in Psychology from Texas Tech University in 1987 and her BA in Psychology from the same university. She is a licensed Psychologist in the State of Texas.

Sarah Glass is a Director of Consulting Services for Bigby, Havis & Associates. Ms. Glass has over 10 years of experience in consulting with companies in the areas of developing competency models and selection procedures, validating selection assessments, designing development programs and providing one-on-one and workshop-based developmental programs. She is currently part of the BHA team that is adapting assessment tools for use in the international marketplace and leads the team in the East. She is directly involved in projects in Indonesia and Korea. She earned her MA in Clinical/Counseling Psychology from Southern Methodist University in 1995 and her BA in Psychology from the same university. She is a licensed Psychological Associate in the State of Texas.
