About the Workshop Applications
Our career development workshops for groups of ten to fifteen people provide confidential developmental feedback in a supportive setting. Using our ASSESS System, participants receive detailed personality assessment feedback, 360 degree feedback and developmental action planning in a structured workshop format which can be tailored to specific organizational needs. Receive complete facilitation materials to guide small groups through our 1 day (Leading Self) or 2½ day (Leading Others or Leading Leaders) developmental workshops.
These applications include a core workshop and other value-added modules:

Leading Self - self-development workshop for individual contributors; can be followed by one-on-one coaching and participant/manager meetings. |

Leading Others - leadership development workshop that includes self development, as well as modules on critical leadership skills such as communication, coaching & developing others, motivating others and holding others accountable. This program can be followed by one-on-one coaching, team effectiveness sessions and talent planning. |

Leading Leaders - leadership development workshop that includes self development, as well as modules on critical leadership skills such as leadership communication, making others successful, developing high performing teams, creating ownership, talent development and how to make the critical transition from managing others to managing managers. This program can be followed by one-on-one coaching, team effectiveness sessions, and talent planning. |
Fee: 8000 RMB, including tea break, lunch, materials, the certification will be mainly instructed in English.
