A Certification Seminar for Internal and External HR Consultants

This success can be impacted by talent issues such as retaining top performers, developing leaders, identifying successors, and focusing people development on what is really important to the organization. Growing and developing internal talent to meet the demands of the organization is a real issue for the future of any business; especially in a business environment where there are signs of a talent shortage. Our ASSESS Development Certification takes a strategic approach to people development. We work from the top-down, beginning with the business strategy, to create an alignment between the people and the organizations' needs.
The ASSESS Development Certification is designed specifically for internal and external HR consultants to leverage our tools, materials, train-the-trainer guides and other resources to design and deliver high quality development programs to your clients. We will focus on our proven approach to utilizing the business strategy of the organization and competency-based asses sment feedback (ASSESS personality and ASSESS 360 development reports) to develop and coach individuals at all levels in the organization -- individual contributors, managers, or managers of managers. We will show you how you can use ASSESS to support developmental workshops and one-on-one coaching, as well as broader organizational initiatives such as succession planning and team/group development.
The certification provides an in-depth understanding of the suite of assessment tools provided within the ASSESS Expert System, as well as guidance to design developmental applications ranging from one-on-one coaching engagements to large programmatic efforts – all of the materials can be tailored and customized based on your individual clients’ needs. As part of this certification, participants will receive their own assessment feedback in order to better understand the instruments and how they apply to development settings.
